The Mail Lady is a turtle person who is a resident of the Unfinished Car. She is the mail carrier for the car, utilizing the broken air pockets of the car to disperse mail to all of the car's denizens. She is married to Kevin and has a child, Kevin Jr.

Appearance

The Mail lady looks for the most part like a regular turtle. She has green skin, a shell on her back and a long neck, along with a light green underbelly. She has a very happy face, with a wide smile, a small nose and visible eyelashes.

For clothes she wears a white and blue short sleeve-shirt with two buttons and a pocket, a white had with a blue line going around it. She also wears a dark blue satchel which she uses to carry mail.
