The Building Man is a native of the Kaiju Car. As a Building Person, he ignores a lot of obvious dangers due to his terrible peripheral vision. When his car is being destroyed by the Kaiju Monsters, he is seen panicking. When he encounter's One-One, he attempts to warn One-One of the obviously dangerous Kaiju Monsters to no success.
