Frank is a bear-like denizen of the train, who is apparently a close "associate" of The Cat.
He first made a brief appearance in Book Two. He later appears in the Book Three episode, "Le Chat Chalet Car", where he is seen making pancakes in The Cat's cabin.
Appearance
In "The Lucky Cat Car" he is seen wearing a dark bluish grey business suit, a red striped tie, and black sunglasses.
In "Le Chat Chalet Car", Frank still maintains his black sunglasses, but this time he is seen wearing a purple robe. He later changes into a red flannel shirt and khakis.
History
Book Two - Cracked Reflection
"The Lucky Cat Car"
He first appears in the Lucky Cat Car when The Cat is placing bets on whether Jesse and Lake can beat Grace to the Door. Frank appears to be her security guard.
Book Three - Cult of the Conductor
"Le Chat Chalet Car"
Frank is in the kitchen, cooking pancakes when Grace passes by him while looking for supplies. Noticing each other, they exchange some puzzled looks before Grace heads on her way. Frank closes his bathrobe and looks around for anyone else before returning to the stove.
Later, he interrupts Simon's confrontation with the Cat to let everyone know he is making pancakes and asks if anyone has any allergies. Simon questions Frank's presence, prompting the Cat to simply reply, "You walked into my cabin."
He shows up again towards the end of the episode with a mug that says "Boy!" on it, and having changed into a flannel shirt and pants.
