Musical Denizens refers to the denizens who inhabit the Musical Car from Book Three. These denizens are the unfortunate victims of one of The Apex's raids after they finish singing "Empathy Goes", a song shared by Jesse Cosay.
Only two denizens are known to have survived the destruction of their car, the Tragedy Mask and the Spotlight denizen.
Design
All of the denizens featured in the Musical Car are object that you can expect to appear in a musical theatre. It seems that these denizens are always singing to a tune when communicating even when the show is over.
There are two types of Stage Light denizens. Ones that's heads are attached to a bullet track above the stage and below the catwalk. Another one is on a stand with white gloved arms, four stand legs for mobility and the stage light for a head.

- Before the title appears in the episode they are in, the Tragedy Mask briefly appears in front of the fiery remains of the stage. This symbolizes that not only is Book 3 a darker season than usual, but an outright dramatic tragedy as confirmed by the writers of the show.
- It also foreshadows how Grace is the only main character left by the end of the season.
